  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/3 c. instant coffee
  • 1 fifth vodka
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine water and both sugars in saucepan.

    Simmer for 10 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add coffee.

    Cool.

    Stir in vodka and vanilla. Pour in screw top jar and let stand for 2 weeks at room temperature.
