  • 4 c. boiling water
  • 7 c. sugar
  • 1 bottle Christian Brothers brandy

    Dissolve sugar in water; add coffee and beans, then cool. Add brandy. Cap bottle and let sit for 30 days. Stir weekly. Makes 1 gallon.
