  • 3 c. warm water
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 to 9 c. flour

Directions

    Beat the first 6 ingredients and add the flour.

    Work the dough until dough does not stick to your hands.

    Put in bowl and cover.

    Knead down every hour.

    Shape into buns or rolls (not too large).

    Cover overnight.

    In the morning bake at 350° until brown.
