  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
  • 1/3 c. Kahlua (can be 1/4 c. Kahlua and the rest Amaretto)

    Mix the first 6 ingredients according to cake box directions and divide batter in half.

    To one half, add the brown sugar, chopped nuts and Kahlua.
