- 1 teaspoon Corn Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Chocolate Jimmies
- 1/4 cups Espresso (or Coffee) Ice Cream
- 1-1/2 ounce, fluid Kahlua
- 1/8 cups Champagne
Directions

1For the candy rim, in a small dish, pour the corn syrup and gently roll the rim of a champagne glass into the corn syrup. Dip the corn syrup rim into the chocolate jimmies and coat the rim with them.

2Take the leftover jimmies (about 1 teaspoon) and pour them into the bottom of the champagne glass. Plop the scoop of ice cream into the glass.

3Pour the Kahlua over the ice cream.

4Top off the glass with the champagne.
