- 1 pound sweet chocolate Dark, cut in pieces
- 3 ounces butter cut in pieces
- powdered sugar cup Sifted
- 3 eggs separated
- 1 cup kahlua
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
- 2 cups whipping cream
Directions

1In top of double boiler, melt chocolate and butter over simmering water.

2In large bowl, combine sugar, yolks, Kahlua and coffee powder.

3Blend in chocolate mixture.

4Whip cream until stiff peaks form; fold into Kahlua-chocolate mixture.

5Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; fold into mixture.

6Spoon into dessert glasses.

7Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
