- 3 red chilies, roasted and rehydrated
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 14 teaspoon cumin
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 4 very ripe tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Kahlua
Directions

1Remove stems and seeds from chilies; boil for a few minutes.

2Do not allow them to burn.

3Rehydrate the chilis in hot water for 15 minutes.

4Puree with remaining ingredients.

5Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
