Ingredients

  • 3 lb. short ribs (if meaty, cut into 3 pieces to bone)
  • 3 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 3 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
  • 1/2 c. shoyu sauce
  • 1/3 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 slice ginger, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp. ajinomoto

Directions

    Combine toasted sesame seed with oil, shoyu sauce, green onions, garlic, ginger, sugar and ajinomoto.

    Mix well, then marinate meat overnight in refrigerator.

    Broil over charcoal.
