- 3 lb. short ribs (if meaty, cut into 3 pieces to bone)
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
- 1/2 c. shoyu sauce
- 1/3 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 slice ginger, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar or honey
- 1 tsp. ajinomoto
Directions

1Combine toasted sesame seed with oil, shoyu sauce, green onions, garlic, ginger, sugar and ajinomoto.

2Mix well, then marinate meat overnight in refrigerator.
