- 2 cup kale
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 2 tbsp evoo
- 1 salt
- 1 black pepper
- 1 mango habanero salsa (optional)
Directions

1Wash and remove stems off the kale

2Beat eggs with almond milk

3Heat pan on stove with evoo then add kale, stir, cover and let cook for 2:min on med heat

4Push kale to the side and add egg mixture, salt and pepper to taste

5Stir around until fully cooked then put on plate and it's ready to serve

6I add my habanero mango salsa but that's me, enjoy
