  • 2 cup kale
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 2 tbsp evoo
  • 1 salt
  • 1 black pepper
  • 1 mango habanero salsa (optional)

Directions

    Wash and remove stems off the kale

    Beat eggs with almond milk
  3. 3
    Heat pan on stove with evoo then add kale, stir, cover and let cook for 2:min on med heat
  4. 4
    Push kale to the side and add egg mixture, salt and pepper to taste
  5. 5
    Stir around until fully cooked then put on plate and it's ready to serve
  6. 6
    I add my habanero mango salsa but that's me, enjoy
