Kamikaze Deviled Eggs

- 6 eggs
- 1 shallot finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Mayonaise
- Dash of Cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon Wasabi (Japanese Horseradish)
- small dab of Jalapeno Jelly on each egg for garnish.
Directions

1Room Temp. Eggs placed in pan with water, bring to boil, as soon as it comes to boil, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 16 minutes. Remove eggs and put them in ice water. Peel, cut them in half.

2mash yolks with fork, add shallot, mayonaise, dash of cayenne and wasabi. mix well.

3Put mixture back into the halved egg whites (a pastry bag works well for this, but a teaspoon will also do it).

4Garnish with a small dab of Jalapeno Jelly.
