- 4 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 3 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 kg bitter melon, scraped or cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon jeera powder
Directions

1Heat 6 tbsp oil in a pan.

2Add chicken.

3Stir fry and cook until golden brown.

4Remove from oil.

5Keep aside.

6Add 1 tbsp oil to the pan.

7Fry chopped onions till pale.

8Add all the masala powder.

9Fry for 1 minute.

10Add chicken and bittergourd (karela).

11Mix well.

12Cook for 5 minutes.

13Serve hot with rotis.
