  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 stick Butter Or Margarine, Softened
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Corn, Drained
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Creamed Corn
  • 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix (8 Ounce Box)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Mix sour cream, egg, and butter. Add corns and corn bread mix and mix well.

    Pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole dish and bake for 55 minutes.
