  • 2 lb. pkg. hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cube margarine, softened
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
  • 2 c. corn flakes

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cube of margarine and corn flakes.

    Pour mixture into rectangular pan.

    Pour 1/2 cube margarine (melted) over the corn flakes.

    Place the corn flake mixture over the potatoes.

    Bake at 350° for one hour, uncovered.
