- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cooked chicken
- 1 c. picante sauce
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 1/2 c. grated Jack cheese
- oil
- 8 corn tortillas
- green onion slices
Directions

1Cook onion in butter until tender.

2Stir in chicken, 1/4 cup picante, cream cheese and cumin.

3Heat through.

4Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.

5Heat oil in skillet, fry tortillas to soften, drain on paper towels.

6Spoon chicken mixture into each tortilla; roll and place seam side down in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

7Spoon remaining picante and cheese over tortillas. Bake 15 minutes in 325° oven.

8Top with onions.
