Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Karo light syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine (melted)
  • 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked (9 inch) pie shell

Directions

    Stir together all ingredients (except pecans) until blended. Add pecans.

    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
