  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. cream (whole milk or Pet milk)
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 3/4 c. white Karo
  • butter (size of an egg)

Directions

    Beat together all except pecans and flour which have been combined.

    Add pecans and flour last.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° until firm.

    If crust starts to brown too quickly, fold foil around edges.
