- 12 kg mutton chops
- 1 12 cups milk
- 1 -2 egg
- 12 teaspoon ginger powder
- 12 teaspoon ground aniseed
- 12 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 34 teaspoon salt
- oil (for frying)
Directions

1in a pressure cooker place the chops.

2add in the milk, ginger powder, aniseed powder, cardamom powder and pepper powder.

3pressure cook this for 10 minutes or till chops become tender.

4remove the cooker lid and on low flame dry the milk.

5add salt, cook for few mins then keep aside.

6beat the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt in it.

7heat oil in a pan.

8dip the chops in the egg and deep fry till golden brown.
