Ingredients
- 1/2 c. very warm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. soft shortening
- 2 c. flour
Directions

1Mix first two ingredients and set aside ten minutes.

2Beat remaining ingredients with electric mixer.

3Add yeast water mixture and beat.

4Then add 4 to 5 cups flour.

5Knead until it isn't sticky.

6Let stand 20 to 30 minutes.

7Shape into loaves or make rolls.

8Let double and bake at 400° about 15 to 20 minutes.
