Ingredients
- 1 lb. turkey or chicken cutlet
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- paprika to taste
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- garlic salt to taste
- 1/4 c. Marsala wine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Pound cutlets thin with a mallet.

2Salt, pepper and paprika to taste.

3Mix flour and Parmesan cheese in bowl.

4Dust cutlets in flour mixture.

5In skillet combine butter and oil on low-medium heat.

6Cook cutlets on each side.

7Mix wine and lemon juice together.
-
8Pour over cutlets and simmer 3 minutes.

9Put on plate and pour extra juice on top.
