  • 500 g apples
  • 1 13 cups sugar
  • 1 13 cups water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 500 g self-rising flour
  • 250 g margarine
  • 1 13 cups sugar
  • 1 egg

    Peel the apples and cut them into pieces.Put in a saucepan the apples, one glass of water, the glass of sugar and the cinnamon stick.

    Let them boil until the apples are more like applesauce, approximately 50 minutes.

    In mixer bowl, blend the shortening with the rest of the sugar for 3-4 minutes and then add the egg.
