- 1 (16 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 to 3 jalapeno peppers (add according to your taste, start with 1 for mild)
- 1/2 medium onion, cut into couple chunks
- 1 tsp. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- dash of salt
Directions

1Put all ingredients in blender or food processor, adding onions and peppers first.

2Flash blend just briefly until peppers and onions are well chopped and combined with tomatoes.

3Salsa will be soupy.

4Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour until thickened.

5Serve with chips, tacos, baked potatoes, etc.
