Ingredients
- 2 c. herbed stuffing mix
- 4 cans minced or chopped clams, drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- seasonings to taste
- salt, pepper and Italian seasonings
Directions

1Put stuffing mix in bowl; add clam liquid (gradually).

2Let stand until liquid is absorbed.

3Add parsley, lemon juice, Worcestershire and seasonings.

4Melt margarine in small pan; add chopped celery and onions and saute until soft.

5Add this mixture to stuffing mix and lastly the clams.

6Mix well.

7Put in casserole; top with Parmesan cheese and paprika.

8Bake in moderate oven until hot.
