- 1 pkg. white cake mix (2 layer size)
- 1 small pkg. Jell-O gelatin (your favorite flavor)
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 (4 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
Directions

1Prepare cake according to directions on package and bake in a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.

2Cool cake 15 minutes in pan.

3Remove from pan and let cool completely on a rack.

4Wash and dry cake pan. Return cake back to pan, placing top up.

5Pierce cake with a large fork at 1/2-inch intervals.
