  • 2 tsp. vanilla

    Grease and flour a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

    Cream eggs and sugar. Combine dry ingredients.

    Add to egg mixture.

    Add pineapple, vanilla then nuts.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Cool.
