- 1/2 lb butter
- 2 lbs powdered sugar
- 8 tablespoons whiskey
- 2 cups nuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 7 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
- 1 tablespoon paraffin wax
Directions

1On stove, soften butter and 1 pound of sugar, remove from heat and let cool to warm.

2Add whiskey, then second pound of sugar; nuts, and lemon juice.

3Blend until all are mixed. Roll into balls and let cool overnight to firm up.

4Melt chocolate and paraffin in top of double boiler; blend well. Remove from the heat and cool slightly. Dip candy in chocolate mixture.

5Set one waxed paper to harden.

6Store in an airtight container.
