- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1In a large bowl, hand mix with a wooden spoon the melted butter and eggs.

2Add the sour cream, creamed corn and drained, whole kernel corn.

3Mix together until blended.

4Add the Jiffy corn muffin mix and mix together until blended.

5Pour batter into greased 9 1/2 x 13-inch pan.

6Bake at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until top is a deep golden brown.

7Cut to serve.
