- 1 can creamed corn (or use 2 cans cream style)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1Mix all ingredients but butter.

2Place in greased casserole. Cover with melted butter.

3Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 min. or until firm and slightly brown.
