- 1 pt. sweet milk
- 3/4 c. plain white cornmeal
- 1/3 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, separated
Directions

1Add cornmeal to milk.

2Cook slowly until thick and smooth. Add margarine and well beaten egg yolks (add eggs slowly).

3Cover and allow to steam while beating egg whites.

4Fold in beaten egg whites.

5Pour in greased pan.

6Bake at 375° for 35 minutes or until brown.

7Serve hot with butter.
