  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 lb. margarine
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 6 oz. jar raspberry jam
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 c. walnuts

Directions

    Make a dough of flour, margarine, 1/2 cup sugar and egg yolks by blending with fingers in a bowl.

    Pat dough mixture into a 10 x 15-inch pan.

    Prick dough with a fork and bake in a 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

    Remove from oven and spread with jam.
