- 5 qt. tomato juice
- 1 1/2 pt. vinegar
- 4 large onions, put through blender
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. pickling spice in a bag
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Drain water off tomato juice after setting for 2 hours, then put juice through blender.

2Mix all with a little cold water and add to juice.

3Boil for 3 to 3 1/2 hours, then thicken with Clear Jell; bottle and seal.
