  • 3 ounces jello mixed fruit
  • 113 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour, all-purpose
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup liqueur tropical flavored
  • Glaze
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup liqueur tropical
  • Topping
  • 12 ounces whipped topping, prepared
  • 1 can mixed fresh fruit tropical

Directions

    Remove 1 Tbls of jello powder and set aside.

    Mix sugar, jello powder, flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.

    Add oil, eggs, and liqueur.

    Beat 3 to 4 minutes.

    Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan.

    Bake at 350?F for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Cool and poke holes in cake.

    Mix powdered sugar and liqueur.

    Pour evenly over cake.
