  • 1 box lemon cake mix (Duncan Hines)
  • 1 small lime jello
  • 1-1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 4 Tbsp. confection sugar
  • 1/2 c. Key Lime Juice

Directions

    Mix cake mix, jello, vegetable oil, eggs and orange juice for 2-3 minutes.

    Pour in 3 cake pans.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Mix confection sugar and lime juice.

    While layers are warm, pour over layers as a glaze.
