- 2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- graham cracker
Directions

1In a bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk and lime juice until blended; set aside.

2Beat egg whites at high speed until just foamy.

3Add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until soft peaks form and sugar is dissolved.

4Fold egg white mixture into lime mixture.

5Pour into a 9-inch pie plate.

6Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

7Take out of the oven and stir well.

8Place in a serving bowl and cover; chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

9Serve with graham crackers.
