- 2 (14 oz.) cans Dairy Sweet sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. finely shredded lime peel
- 1 c. lime juice
- whipping cream (optional)

Directions

1Prepare baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust as directed.

2In a large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with electric mixer until thick and lemon colored.

3Stir in Dairy Sweet and lime peel.

4Gradually add lime juice, beating at medium speed until smooth and fluffy.

5Turn beaten mixture into pie shell.

6Cover and refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm.
