  • 7 squash (medium size)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, whipped
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • unbaked pie crust

Directions

    Wash, slice and cap 7 medium squash (do not peel).

    Put in crock-pot and cover with 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Cook until tender, 2 or 3 hours.

    Put in blender and puree.

    Mix next 5 ingredients with 1 cup of the squash.

    Put in unbaked pie shell.
  6. 6
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
