  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. lime juice (fresh or concentrate)
  • 1 baked pastry shell
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 egg white, stiffly beaten
  • meringue

Directions

    Beat 1 egg white until stiff.

    Fold into condensed milk, egg yolks and lime juice.

    Put lime mixture into baked pastry shell. Top lime mixture with meringue.

    Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes until egg whites are golden brown.
