- 1 (9 or 10-inch) baked pie shell or graham cracker crumb crust
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle lime juice from concentrate
- green food coloring (optional)
- whipped cream or whipped topping
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In a large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food coloring, if desired.

3Pour into a prepared pastry shell.

4Bake 40 minutes. Cool, then chill.
