- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1/2 c. key lime juice
- whip cream (optional)
Directions

1For Crust:

2Melt butter and combine with graham cracker crumbs and brown sugar.

3Press into a 9-inch pie plate.

4Bake at 350° for 5 minutes.

5Beat egg yolk and combine with condensed milk.

6Stir well and then add key lime juice and vanilla, stirring until blended.

7Pour into pie crust and bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

8Cool completely and refrigerate before serving.

9Garnish with whipped cream before serving, if desired.
