- FOR THE CRUST:
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1-1/2 cup Crushed Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/3 cups Butter, Melted
- FOR THE FILLING:
- 3 whole Egg Yolks
- 1 can (14 Oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cups Key Lime Juice
- Whipped Cream, For Serving (optional)
Directions

1To make crust:

2Mix sugar with the graham cracker crumbs. Stir in the melted butter and mix to combine. Pour the mixture into a pie plate, and press firmly against the sides to cover the bottom and sides. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes. Cool slightly.

3To make filling:

4Blend eggs, milk, and key lime juice just until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 10 minutes, then refrigerate.

5To serve, top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
