- 250 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter, melted
- 5 limes
- 400 g condensed milk
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 20 g bitter chocolate
Directions

1Whiz the digestive biscuits in a food processor until breadcrumbs.

2Mix in the melted butter.

3Press the mixture into the base of a greased 20cm loose-bottomed pan.

4Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.

5Meanwhile, zest and juice the limes into a bowl.

6Add the condensed milk and cream and whisk until creamy.

7Pour over the chilled base.

8Place back in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

9Decorate with shavings of bitter chocolate before serving.
