  • 9-inch baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
  • 8 oz. ReaLime concentrate lime juice
  • yellow or green food coloring
  • 1 carton Cool Whip, thawed

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food coloring until smooth.

    Pour into pastry shell.

    Bake at 325° for 40 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool.

    When completely cool, top with Cool Whip.

    Refrigerate.
