- 9-inch baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
- 8 oz. ReaLime concentrate lime juice
- yellow or green food coloring
- 1 carton Cool Whip, thawed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food coloring until smooth.

3Pour into pastry shell.

4Bake at 325° for 40 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool.

5When completely cool, top with Cool Whip.

6Refrigerate.
