  • 1 14 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 34 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil (Canola or Safflower)
  • 1 14 cups 2% low-fat milk
  • 3 egg whites, beaten until fluffly

Directions

    Combine first four dry ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together to mix.

    Mix next three (wet) ingredients in a small bowl and use a whisk to mix.

    Add wet mixture to dry mixture and whisk together.

    Add beaten eggwhites by folding in with spatula.

    drop by 1/3 cup onto griddle warmed to medium, flipping once.
