- 1 14 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 34 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil (Canola or Safflower)
- 1 14 cups 2% low-fat milk
- 3 egg whites, beaten until fluffly
Directions

1Combine first four dry ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together to mix.

2Mix next three (wet) ingredients in a small bowl and use a whisk to mix.

3Add wet mixture to dry mixture and whisk together.

4Add beaten eggwhites by folding in with spatula.

5drop by 1/3 cup onto griddle warmed to medium, flipping once.
