- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (can substitute gingersnaps)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 6 egg yolks
- 13 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 23 cup key lime juice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2Combine crumbs, sugar and melted butter.

3Press on bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan.

4Bake 10 minutes.

5Meanwhile, make filling: Whisk yolks.

6Add condensed milk and whisk to combine.

7Add lime juice and mix well.

8Pour into hot pie shell and bake 15 minutes.

9Cool to room temperature and then chill 2 to 3 hours.

10Can be topped with sweetened whipped cream and lime zest.
