- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 oz. Key lime juice (you can substitute lime and lemon)
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 graham cracker crust
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Beat egg yolks well.

3Add condensed milk.

4Mix on low.

5Add juice and cream of tartar.

6Mix well.

7Pour into crust and bake until set 10 to 15 minutes.

8Freeze for at least 3 hours before topping with meringue.

9This pie will keep for several days.
