- 1 graham cracker crumb or baked pastry pie shell
- 1 1/3 c. (14 oz. can) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. lime juice (Key West is good)
- 1 tsp. grated lime rind
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped, or Cool Whip
Directions

1Combine sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and lime rind. Stir until well blended and thickened.

2Fold in half of the Cool Whip.

3Pour into chilled crumb crust or cooked pastry shell. Spread remaining Cool Whip over top of pie filling.

4Chill.
