- 1 lb. kielbasa sausage
- 1 medium-firm cabbage
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon in a large skillet until crisp.

2Cut cabbage into small wedges.

3Remove bacon from skillet and add cabbage, onion, sugar, water and spices to the bacon drippings.

4Cook, covered, over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes.

5Add kielbasa that has been cut into bite-size pieces.

6Return cover and continue to cook 10 to 15 minutes.

7Top with crumbled bacon.
