Kielbasa Bake

  • 3 lb. pkg. Polish kielbasa
  • 1 1/2 lb. pkg. sauerkraut
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Cut kielbasa in 4-inch pieces and place in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

    Put sauerkraut around meat.

    Put shredded cabbage on top. Add pepper to taste. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.

    Good with parsleyed potatoes.
