Ingredients
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 packages Turkey Polska Kielbasa
- 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 box Penne Pasta (your choice)
- 1 can Mild Rotel Tomatoes
- 2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Whipping cream
- 8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
Directions

1In a large skillet on medium high heat, combine oil, chopped onion, and chopped kielbasa.

2Heat for 4 minutes.

3Add minced Garlic and stir for 3 minutes.

4Add box of pasta, Rotel, whipping cream, chicken broth to kielbasa.

5Bring to boil and lower to medium low heat.

6Simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid is almost absorbed and pasta is cooked to your desired texture.

7During last 5 minutes of cooking add 1 handful of cheese.

8Save enough cheese to add to each bowl or just grate more cheese.

9Cook for 5 minutes to let cheese melt.

10Serve desired amount in bowls, sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
