Kielbasi Bean Stew

- 1 lb. kielbasi
- 1/3 c. water
- 6 small onions, cut in half
- 4 small potatoes, quartered
- 3 medium carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium green pepper, cut up
- 3/4 c. vegetable juice cocktail
- 2 cans (16 oz.) pork and beans
- 1 lb. flounder
Directions

1Bring sausage and water to a boil over medium heat in a 6-quart saucepan.

2Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until sausage is brown.

3Remove sausage and set aside.

4In same pan, cook onions, potatoes, carrots and green pepper until all are brown, stirring occasionally.

5Stir in juice cocktail and sausage; reduce heat to low.

6Simmer 10 minutes.

7Stir in pork and beans until heated.
