  • 1 Pillsbury dairy case pie crust
  • 4 bacon strips, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. each: Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese
  • little Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 10 slices cubed white bread
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 lb. cubed breakfast sausage (precooked)
  • Canadian bacon or ham
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sliced mushrooms, chopped onions and chopped green pepper (you can also add)

Directions

    Place cubed bread in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Add meat and any of the extras.

    Beat eggs with milk and salt and pepper.

    Pour over bread and meat and top with Cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 1 hour.

    If making in 2 smaller pans, shorten the baking time.
